It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our loving mother, wife, grandmother and great grandmother, Margaret Nagel (Dimock) who died suddenly in her 78th year on Tuesday, July 5, 2011 in Duncan B.C. from complications resulting from a fall. Margaret was deeply loved and will be sadly missed but forever remembered. Margaret loved music and enjoyed playing the piano, playing cards and was a member of the Catholic Women’s League for many years. She also worked at the CIBC in Trail. Ultimately, her greatest joy was her family, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Margaret will be fondly remembered for her laughter, her loving kindness and her generous spirit. She had a wonderful love of family, children and animals - she was a precious gift to us all. Margaret was born Feb 15, 1933 in Trail B.C. to George and Waneta Dimock. Predeceased by her sister Myrtle (Williams), brothers George and Leonard. Margaret is survived by her brother Raymond Dimock (Doris) of Salmo, B.C. Survived by her husband of 57 years, Fred Nagel, her daughters Gaylene Nagel in Manhattan Beach CA, and Penny Moffat (Jack) in Saltair, B.C. She will be dearly missed by her beloved grandchildren Crystal Banks (Brian) and Jade Moffat (Dustin Carver), and her precious great-grandchildren, Colton (5) and Callia (2) Banks. Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated on Friday, July 15, 2011 at St. Edward’s Catholic Church., 2085 Maple Bay Road, Duncan at 1:00 p.m. Father Alfredo Monacelli officiating.
