In loving memory ~
With sad and broken hearts, we announce the passing of Maria Olga Volpatti on Sunday, December 19, 2021 at the age of 90 years.
Maria was predeceased by her husband Martino Volpatti. She is survived by her children Walter, Raymond and Lori Vickers (Ken) and her grandchildren Martin and Elyse.
She loved to bake, garden and take care of her grandchildren. She will be dearly missed by family and friends.
The family wishes to express their heartfelt thanks to the staff at Columbia View Lodge.
Cremation will take place and a family gathering will be held at a later date.
As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to the Kootenay Boundary Regional Hospital Foundation.
A Mass of Christian Burial for Maria Olga Volpatti will be held on Saturday, June 25, 2022 at 10:30 am at the Holy Trinity Catholic Church, 2012 Third Ave, Trail. Everyone is welcome.
