Hanson, Marianne (Anne) - passed away on June 1, 2019 at the age of 91 years. She was born in Gotland, Sweden on July 26, 1927.
Anne was predeceased by her first husband James Forrest and her second husband Walter Hanson. She leaves to mourn her children; Margaret (Ray) Munro of Fort Saskatchewan, AB and Brian Forrest of Montrose, her sister Sonja (Al) Hawkins of Castlegar and stepson Ron (Connie) Hanson of Trail, her grandchildren; Andrea (Max) Malina, Ryan (Jen) Munro, Jamie/James Forrest, Kelly Forrest, Megan Forrest and Blake Forrest, step grandchildren; Rhonda (Curtis) Langford and Shawn (Thea) Hanson, ten great-grandchildren and three great-nieces and nephews.
Cremation has taken place. A Graveside Service will be held on Friday, July 26, 2019 at 11 am at Mountain View Cemetery in Rossland. Bill Clark of Alternatives Funeral and Cremation Services has been entrusted with arrangements.
