Mildred was born and raised in Trail, BC (Annabelle) along with the rest of her family. She was married for a short spell, however she did not have children. People who knew her well called her Millie, or Aunt Mil. Millie liked to play the piano and enjoy a few refreshments, she could not read music and played by ear and memory. Passed away at Minto House Residential Care Facility in Nakusp, BC at 100 years. Mildred was predeceased by her parents Henrietta, and Allan, brothers Phil and Bud, sisters Helen (Gourlay), and Elizabeth (Betty Nelson). Arrangements are under the direction of Valley Funeral Home.
