March 1, 1933 - March 27, 2019
Negrey, Norman Alexander - of Trail, passed away on March 27, 2019 at the Kootenay Boundary Regional Hospital. He was born on March 1, 1933 in Lethbridge, AB.
Norman joined the RCMP at the age of 18. He began his career in Victoria and Nanaimo, eventually making his way to Trail. Norman retired in 1978 as a Sergeant with the Trail Detachment. After retirement, Norman became a real estate agent for 15 years. In his spare time, he enjoyed golfing and doing renovations.
Norman is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Lily, his sons; Allan (Migdalia), Brent (Kari) and Greg (Adriana), his grandchildren; Madison and Owen, his sister Betty and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank all of the staff at KBRH for the care and compassion given to Norman.
