In loving memory ~
Patricia Jean Armstrong passed away peacefully May 28th at Columbia View Lodge with her family by her side.
Pat was predeceased by her parents, Scott and Marj McFee and brothers Dick, Bob and Ken. Pat is survived by her loving husband of 58 years, Bill Armstrong, sister Edith Benetton (Leno), sisters-in-law Eileen McFee, Carol Purdy (Andrew), Joanne Milne, nieces and nephews. She will be lovingly remembered by her children and family, daughter Lynn & Bob Davidson and son Darin & Heidi Armstrong; grandchildren Jill (Matt) Colussi, Amy Davidson (Mike) & Scott Davidson (Katie), Brittany Armstrong (Spencer) & Brandon Armstrong (Mia), and great-grandchildren Harrison & Olive
Pat married her sweetheart Bill in 1964, worked at West Kootenay Power and later Canada Post where she retired in 2005. Pat loved to bake, play softball, host family dinners, spend summers at Balfour, and fish with Bill on Kootenay Lake. She would look forward to winters in Arizona, travels to Hawaii & dancing with Bill. Most of all, Grams cherished time with her grandchildren & great-grandchildren. We will miss her laughter, smiles and sneezes.
The family would like to extend special thanks to the staff at CVL for the love and care you showed our mom.
A family celebration honoring Pat was held at Carberry's Chapel. Thank you Gwen Ziprick for the heartfelt service. Bill Clark of Alternatives Funeral and Cremation Services™ has been entrusted with arrangements.
