Recently I drove up from Vancouver to visit my family in Rossland. Upon arriving I realized my rear tail light and turn signal had burnt out.
I had not brought any tools with me so I proceeded to the car dealership in Trail, without an appointment, and told them of my problem.
The manager directed me to a parking spot, brought out a mechanic who removed the tail light and replaced the bulb on the spot.
I asked “what do I owe you”? They said “Have a nice day.”
A much appreciated gesture.
