I am dismayed to learn that the powers that be in Beaver Valley are threatening to withdraw from their recreational agreement with the City of Trail. Many of my Pickle Ball friends will now have to pay Non-TRP fees or give up our game. I suspect this decision has been made as a political retaliation over the proposed City of Trail expansion.
It may or may not “work” at the political level, but for sure it hurts a lot of citizens in both communities who just want to stay healthy and have fun. Hopefully this decision will be reversed .
