What kind of person does it take to referee a one-sided game?
Castlegar Rebels were spearing, tripping, elbowing, holding and somehow the referees missed it all. Who really won the game? Not the Rebels but the refs!
What hockey needs is to have someone watch the referees and have them pulled out of the game when they are not doing their jobs.
Or have two refs for each game like in the Midgets. The Game 7 that was played Wednesday night should be replayed with a different referee. I don’t see how the final result of that game could possibly be considered accurate.
