Trail Beer Refinery brewmaster Andrew Aanker keeps a close watch as the first batch of beer begins its process. Sherry Konkin (in background) adds the grain to the hopper which is sent to the vat. The brewhouse in downtown Trail is hoping to be serving up the suds by mid-to-late March.
