Smokies game on Friday; bring along goodwill and good cheer

Locals are asked to bring a food item and cheer to the Smoke Eaters game Friday night. All proceeds to the Trail United Church food bank.

Arlene (left) and Kim Parkinson of Warfield are part of a team of volunteers who run the Trail United Church food bank. Three Tuesdays each month, the donor funded program serves a diverse group of individuals and families. The volunteer run food bank reports an ever climbing number of patrons accessing their service.
