It’s that time of year again for the high rollers to get out and register for the East and West Kootenay Bocce Classic.
The event, sponsored by Safeway, gets underway on June 9, with two-person teams vying for the coveted Classic title at the West Trail Bocce Sport Facility.
The registration fee is $18, and teams are guaranteed two games, plus a traditional Italian lunch. As always, participants are asked to bring their own plates and cutlery.
