Warfield native Craig Cunningham netted a hat trick as he led the Providence Bruins to a 5-0 win over the Manchester Monarchs in American Hockey League action Saturday.
After playing the first three games with the Boston Bruins, Cunningham returned to the P-Bruins where he netted his first three goals of the season in the game Saturday. In five games, the former Beaver Valley Nitehawk has three goals, and two assists, and currently sits in third place in team scoring.
The Bruins are off to a 4-2-1-0 start, tied for top spot in the Atlantic division.
