Drive one for junior team

Community to kick it into overdrive for the Hawks

AM Ford is bringing Ford Motor Company of Canada, Limited’s innovative “Drive One 4 UR Community” program to the Trail community in an effort to raise up to $6,000 for the Beaver Valley Nitehawks Junior ‘B’ hockey team.

For every person who test drives a Ford vehicle at AM Ford Plus, Ford will donate $20 to the team.

The funds go towards keeping hockey affordable for everyone that wants to play.

“We want to do our part to keep junior hockey in our community,” says Dennis Bedin, Business Manager at AM Ford.

“This is why we’re excited to raise money for the Nitehawks while at the same time introducing parents, teenagers and other drivers to our high-quality and innovative safety technologies.”

The event goes Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at AM Ford Plus by the Waneta Plaza.
