With the West Kootenay hosting this summer’s B.C. Seniors Games, the opportunity to compete in this fun province-wide event has never been better.
On Sunday, the zone’s slopitch team will begin practices at Haley Park in Warfield.
The players meet and practice every Sunday at 6 p.m. at the park.
The practices are open to any player who will be 55 years old or older by the end of the current year. Registration must be finalized by May 15.
