The Greater Trail Stingrays Swim Club are hosting a demonstration and trial event this Wednesday at the trail Aquatic Centre.
All youth interested in joining the swim club are invited to attend the event.
Children aged 5-11 years are invited to come to the aquatic centre at 4:45 p.m. while young people aged 12-18 years old are asked to come one hour later at 5:45 p.m.
The cost is only $5 to cover insurance and young swimmers only need to be able to swim two lengths of the pool in any manner to participate.
The club also welcomes adult members, but the demonstration and trial event on Wednesday is for youth only. For more information please contact Mike Bell at 250-364-8629.
