Players are putting up their best shots at elementary schools around the district this week for a chance to represent their school.
The 19th annual Knights of Columbus Free Throw Championship is set for this Saturday at St. Michael’s School beginning at 10 a.m.
This week local schools have been hosting their own competition to determine the boys and girls that will compete at St. Michael’s. Shooters are divided into divisions from 10-to-14-years-old.
The top shooters from Saturday’s event will advance to the district competition.
