The Trail Riverfront Centre was full of wonder this week for Scout Larson, who turns one year-old on Friday. Scout was part of a large gathering of little ones on Wednesday for the library’s“All Aboard the Steam Train” program. STEAM encourages children to ask questions about the natural world, explore how machines work, uses creativity and problem-solving to build, get messy with art and introduces early math like sorting and classification.
