It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Ethel Carolina Mackenzie on October 27, 2018 in Castlegar, BC. Ethel was born on January 28, 1933 in Arran, Saskatchewan to parents Antonio and Mable Schiavon.
On September 18, 1954 Ethel married Bruce Mackenzie in Castlegar and together they had 2 children.
Left to keep her memory alive is her daughter Leslie (Jon) Arestad, son Scott Mackenzie (Colleen), 7 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren and her 3 sisters Joyce Anderson, Gerri Killough and Toni Krisman. Ethel was predeceased by her husband Bruce.
There will be no service by request, interment to take place at a later date.
