George Walter Leggett passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family on August 29, 2016 at the Kootenay Boundary Regional Hospital. He was born on January 17, 1936 in Trail, BC.
George is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Patti Leggett, daughter Barb (Len), son Robert, grandchildren; Charlene, Carlina, Sam, Alex, Mikayla, great-grandchildren Kaius and Ryder, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
He is predeceased by his parents; Joseph and Florence, sister Mary and brother Sonny.
A Memorial Service will be held at the Beaver Valley United Church, 1917 Columbia Gdns Rd, Fruitvale, on Saturday, September 3, 2016 at 11:00 am with Ken Siemens, Celebrant.
