Lillian Bilesky of Spokane, Washington, formerly of Trail, passed away December 10, 2016 at Hospice House in Spokane with family by her side. She was born on July 15, 1932 to Egidio and Linda Soligo in Trail.

Lillian grew up on Dickens Street in Warfield, attended Webster and Central Elementary School, graduated from Trail High School in 1950. She went onto business college and worked for the Trail School District. Lillian married Vic Bilesky in 1952, and in 1958 they moved to Spokane where they raised their four children. She worked at Eastern Washington University in Cheney, Washington as Administrative Manager, retiring after 32 years.

Lillian is survived by her husband Vic of 64 years, daughter Cheryl (Larry) Curlew of Trail, sons, Lorne (Suzie), Larry, Ken (Gloria) of Spokane. Grandchildren; April (Chris) Pengelly, Derek (Angela) Curlew of Trail, Aaron (Tricia), Seth, Katelyn (Brian), Benny, Brittney Bilesky of Spokane, Ryan Bilesky of Raleigh North Carolina. Great-grandchildren; Sarah, David of Trail, Tatum, Jovie, Lily, Ella, Alyson, Kaylene of Spokane and baby girl Curlew arriving in March. Her sister, Norma McCluskie of Lighthouse Point, Florida, her brother, Ron Soligo of Houston, Texas and sister-in-law, Darlene Soligo of Trail and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Lillian was predeceased by her parents, Egidio and Linda and her brother Leo Soligo.

A service will be held in the spring in Trail. Lillian’s wish was to be buried alongside her parents.
