Monumental makeover

Rob Harding is among the volunteers committed to Parks Canada’s Parks Heritage Conservation Society, which uses volunteers to refurbish plaques on historical monuments that are in need of some TLC. Harding and Peter Whyte stopped in Trail Monday to touch up the Historic Sites and Monuments Board of Canada plaque in front of the Cominco parking lot that celebrates industry in Trail.
