Trail welcomes curlers and spectators to B.C. championships

Games going on all week; the B.C. curling champions will be crowned on Sunday

Sandra Stadjuhar, co-chair of this week’s B.C. Senior Curling Championships in Trail, lays out the welcome mat, and sign, for curlers and fans from around the province. Although two draws will be in the books, the official opening ceremony, featuring all teams, is set for tonight at 5:30 p.m. at the Trail Curling Club. Games will continue throughout the week with the senior men’s and women’s B.C. champion crowned on Sunday. As the sign says “spectators welcome.”
