Businesses and non-profits across the Kootenay-Boundary showed up in a big way for Light-Up the Hospitals! Pledge Day 2023.
The Dec. 1 event held at Waneta Plaza brought in $205,450.
Funds raised are in support of the Orthopedic Enhancement Project, a $750,000 campaign by the Kootenay Boundary Regional Hospital Health Foundation, as well as other foundation initiatives such as the Greatest Need Fund and NICU campaign.
