To kick off the Terry Fox Run, Dave Como and Clay Alderson from the Regional Fire Service are warming up to take on Rhet Lyall and Andy Gagnon of Teck Emergency Services for the big rubber match in the fireman’s tug-o-war at 9:30 a.m. at Gyro Park on Sunday. The kids will then take on the Trail Smoke Eaters in another fun tug-o-war, followed by a warm up with Luana Martin. Registration for the run goes from 9 a.m. until noon, with the mass start at 10 a.m. on Park Drive by Gyro Park. Enjoy a terrific pancake breakfast courtesy of Trail Kiwanis with all proceeds going to the Terry Fox Foundation.
