Someone with a rage on for German automobiles was on the loose Wednesday.
A vandal smashed the windshield of a red Volkswagen in two places as it sat parked on Spokane Street around 1:30 a.m.
The German-made vehicle was parked on Spokane at Bay Avenue near the front doors of the Arlington Bar and Grill.
