Alvin Russell 'Al' Hutchison

March 6, 1931 - August 15, 2021
Alvin (Al) Russell Hutchison, also known as "Hutch" or "Grandpa Hutchie", of Fruitvale passed away peacefully at Columbia View Lodge with his family by his side. He was born in Enderby, BC on March 6, 1931.
Mourning his loss are his 3 sons, Murray (Belynda) Hutchison, Kelly (Pam) Hutchison, Blaine Hutchison and his 2 step-children Michael Williams and Terri Adams and his 7 grandchildren, Ryan Hutchison, Andrew (Kimberly) Hutchison, Jodie (Adeel) Hutchison, James Hutchison, Travis (Kaleigh) Hutchison, Hayley (Adam) Colussi (and his first great- grandchild due January 2022), Carissa and Jeffrey Adams, Kaycee Kadow and his sister Muriel (Dick) McQuillan; as well as many nieces and nephews.
Al was predeceased by his parents Russell and Hazel and his beloved wife Shirley.
There will be a Celebration of Life (open house) at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #11 on Saturday August 21, 2021 from 1 pm-4 pm. Due to Covid restrictions there will be a limit of how many we are allowed in at one time.
