It is with the saddest of hearts that we announce the sudden and tragic passing of Brandon Daniel De Frias on Sunday May 15, 2011. Born in Trail on July 26, 1985 Brandon (George, Sugar bear) was an amazing soul, great with kids and a wonderful friend to everybody in his life. He had a strong passion for sports and spent much of his time at the gym. There are many people who loved him and will miss him immensely. Left to grieve are his father Carlos (Leona), his grandmother Rosa Vasconcelos, his grandparents Dan and Linda Mather, Tillie Pasacreta, his aunts and uncles Rosa (Dan) Behuniak, Arthur (Monica) De Frias, Annette De Frias, Larry Mather, and Chris (Jeanette) Mather. Brandon also had a very close and special relationship with all his cousins; Erynn and Jennica, Stacey, Ryan, Jason and Dallas, Teri-Lynn and Logan, and Nick and Shawn. Brandon was predeceased by his Mother Joanne De Frias as well as his grandfather Jose De Frias.
A gathering to celebrate Brandon’s life will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion, 2141 Columbia Ave., Trail BC on Wed. May 25 @11am. Bill Clark of Personal Alternatives Funeral Services “Carberry’s Chapel” is entrusted with arrangements.
