It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our father, Colin Oliver, in his home on November 26, 2019. Colin was born and raised in Trail, BC, and spent his entire career as an electrician at Teck/Cominco.
He loved woodworking and spending time outdoors whether it was fishing, gardening or looking at the night sky through his telescope.
Colin is survived by his daughters Cheryl (Dustin) and Pam (Colby), his sons Mike (Crystal),
Chris (Allison) and Jeff (Jen), his grandchildren; Katelynn, Breanna, William, Jake, Ben, Thomas, Jackson, Danton, Liam and his siblings Kerry, Rosemary, Marianne, Christine, Barry and Kevin. Colin was predeceased by his parents James and Mary Oliver.
He was a wonderful father and grandfather and will be greatly missed.
Colin will be laid to rest with his parents at Mountain View Cemetery. Gwen Ziprick of Alternatives Funeral and Cremation Services has been entrusted with arrangements.
