In loving memory ~
It is with deep sadness that I announce the passing of my Dad, Forbes Coupland.
He is survived by his two daughters Hilary and Laura (Geary) and his two grandsons Noah and Louy, and his sister Georgia (Allen) Conway. He was predeceased by his dearly beloved wife Joanne and his parents Geordie and Phyllis Coupland.
Forbes was a kind loving man, so fun to be around. He was an amazing father. I was blessed to have him as a dad.
He was an avid golfer and would often be found at Redstone Resort in Rossland, B.C.
He liked his sports. His B.C. Lions, the Toronto Maple Leafs, the Blue Jays, and the WWE. Let's not forget the Trail Smoke Eaters. He always knew if they won or lost and their league standing.
He liked to listen to Meatloaf and Queen, and he loved his dog. The family knew the Christmas season had arrived when the extension ladder came out and he put up the outside lights for his wife Joanne.
He was much loved and will never be forgotten. He is now in heaven rejoicing and will be greatly missed. Your loving daughter, Hilary.
