It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of Josephine McDonogh, who left us on April 15, 2023, at the age of 91 years.
Josephine was born on May 11, 1931, in Limerick, Ireland. At the age of 26, she emigrated to BC, landing in Trail in 1965, before moving to Port Coquitlam in 1996.
JoJo is predeceased by her husband Malcolm, her parents John and Bridget, her brother Tom, and sister Ina.
JoJo is survived by her sister Carole, children John (Gabriella), Meave (Tom), Stephen (Kari), her grandchildren Sara (Kevin), Josh (Ali), Jordyn, Emily, Carly and Jewel, and her great-grandchildrenMalcolm and Miller.
JoJo touched the lives of a great many people in Ireland and Canada, and she will be long remembered and sorely missed.
The funeral service will be held on Friday, April 28, 2023, at 11:00 am, at the Maple Ridge Funeral Chapel.
