In loving memory ~
It is with great sadness that we share the peaceful passing of Mabel Mary Bomben, (nee Hall) at age 92 on Monday, February 6, 2023. Mabel was born in Spokane Washington and relocated to Trail where her family established the local Hall Printing Company.
She was married to Renato Bomben and raised three loving daughters. Mabel worked for her father at Hall Printing until the business was sold. She lived a full and meaningful life and touched all she knew with her kindness, generosity and infectious laugh. Mabel was a wonderful Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother and friend who will be deeply missed but her spirit, zest for life and love will live on in all of us who had the privilege of knowing her.
She is survived by her daughters Faye (Brian) Woods, Geri (Sam) Harper, Judy (Chris) Gresley-Jones, sisters, nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
As an expression of sympathy, we ask that donations be made in Mabel's name to the Alzheimer's Society of Canada.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Kole Roth of Clark's Funeral Services has been entrusted with arrangements.
Mabel's family would like to thank the Doctor, Nurses and Staff at CVL for their care and kindness.
