Park: Margaretta (Vulcano) (Margarite) of Trail passed away peacefully with her family at her bedside on October 28, 2011 at Rosewood Village. She was born on October 18, 1925 in Walla Walla, Washington.
Margarite was known for her kind giving ways towards everyone and she lived for her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She is survived by her children, Margie Anderson, Ron Vulcano and Bill Vulcano, 7 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Ralph Park, daughter Merilyn McKerracher, son Michael Vulcano and son-in-law Jim Anderson. She will be sorrowfully missed by all who knew her.
Donations may be made in Margarite’s name to Multiple Sclerosis Society, Suite 1501- 4330 Kingsway, Burnaby, BC V5H 4G7.
A celebration of Margarite’s life will be held in the spring of 2012. Notification will be announced.
