Was born in Trail on June 18, 1932 and passed away on May 18, 2022 at Rosewood Village.
She was predeceased by her husband Bob and her daughter Carol.
Rita is survived by her children Wendy (Ron), Paddy (Bonny), Larry (Tricia), grandchildren; James (Jen), Serena (Jamie), Tyleen, Corey (Stephanie), Angela (Darryl) and seven great grandchildren.
In her younger days Rita enjoyed dancing and camping, and in her and Bob's retirement she and Bob spent their winters down south or on Vancouver Island.
