March 1, 1926 - July 10, 2011. Bob Ferguson of Beaver Falls passed away peacefully at Heritage Village Residential Care Facility in Chilliwack, BC after a brief illness, surrounded by his family.

Bob is survived by his children, Jane (Sid) Regnier of Trail; Ray (Bernie) Ferguson of Fruitvale; Cheryl (Dennis) Hicks of Chilliwack; five grandchildren: Stacey (Derek) Bryce of Chilliwack; Chad (Kelsey) Hicks of Vancouver; Kim (Karl) Servatius of Trail; Jeff (Kat) Regnier of Trail; Jelene (Matt) Heimbecker of Kelowna; 5 great grandchildren: Allison, Tyler, Taylor, Damien and Elijah; one sister: Birdie of Regina and many nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his wife, Patricia, in September 2006 and also eight brothers and sisters.

At age 18, Bob enlisted in the army during WWII. He served in England, Holland, Belgium and Germany as a Dispatch Rider. After the war, he returned to Trail to his job at Cominco. Bob retired from Cominco in 1985 after 42 years. The last few years working as an oiler.

Bob will always be remembered for his love and devotion to his family. He will forever be in the hearts and thoughts of those who knew and loved him.

No service by request. Cremation has taken place and he will be reunited with his wife, Patricia.
