Sidney Littlewood

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Sidney Littlewood with his family by his side on July 4th 2022. Sid was born November 6, 1933 in Edmonton Alberta.
When Sid was 7 years old his family moved to Rossland BC where he grew up. His first job was at 12 years old delivering telegrams then at 18 he began his career with CP Rail which he worked for 38 years. After retirement he worked 11 years for the Commissionaires at Celgar and Castlegar Airport.
Sid met the love of his life Thoreen at the Trail Armouries and they married in 1959. They had 5 children , Dan, Linda,Steven, David and Wendy.
Sid is survived by his daughters Linda, Wendy(Lee), grandchildren Jace(Hunter) and Zoe(Derick) , sister Patricia, sister-in-laws Helen and Dorene. He was predeceased by his wife Thoreen and sons Dan, Steven and David.
A celebration of Sid's life will be held on Thursday July 14th 2022 at 2pm at the Trail Royal Canadian Legion Branch #11.
