I recently met a group of ladies at the Haley Park track for a run clinic. As soon as you entered the park you were met with piles of dog crap. It didn’t seem to matter if you walked on the grass or the cement cause it was everywhere. Now there is still snow on half of the track so we only used that part but it too was full of dog crap.
Imagine our disgust. Nobody is against having pets but it is just wrong to let them go run in parks or places where people and children run and play.
I didn’t notice any signs or a pole with doggy bags so maybe that is what is needed. What I really believe is some common sense should be used, be responsible and please pick up after your pets.
