Last Saturday I attended a Highland Dance Competition at the Cominco Gym. I managed to get up the three sets of stairs to the first row of the bleachers, I was using a cane.
Of course there are no backs on the bleachers. A gentleman behind me offered me a red canvas seat with arms and a back.
I sat in that chair for the next three hours. When the competition was finished, I turned around to thank the gentleman, there was no one there.
I never saw his face and I didn’t know his name. I know he’s out there and I just wanted to thank him for his kindness. I hope he gets his seat back.
We still have angels.
