Thought it would be nice for all to read a positive note to Letters to the Editor. I feel a great big kudo should go out to our waste management collection staff and the recycle collection staff.
They do a great job and are friendly and helpful. A few of the seniors I help out have noticed the drivers of the mentioned service really do go out of their way. I have seen them come back if some of elderly have not placed their collections out in time – also at times have returned containers to appropriate places for them and always have a friendly hello.
Plus they do have extra eyes out for anything unusual in area neighbourhoods, especially for our seniors.
Thanks guys – your extra caring and good work doesn’t go unnoticed.
