I have to say I was really looking forward to the changes along the Victoria strip until the new sidewalks started being poured.
I fully expected something like cobblestone or stamped concrete with an attractive pattern to enhance the new look.
But it looks like it is only going to be regular concrete sidewalk.
Opportunity knocked here and the city and/or planners didn’t exercise any vision other than congesting traffic flow. Disappointed.
