Birchbank golf manager Dennis Bradley and Trail golfer Pat Patterson took some warm-up swings on Thursday in preparation for the opening of the driving range at Birchbank Golf Course on Saturday. Local golfers can hit the range at 9 a.m. with the pro-shop open and fully stocked with all the latest clubs, balls, clothing and accessories. Bradley expects all 18 holes at Birchbank to be ready for play next weekend, weather permitting.
