BMX B.C. Cup

About 60 of B.C.’s best riders vied for provincial points in Salmo before carrying on to Grand Forks for more races.


West Kootenay BMX hosted the B.C. Cup on Saturday at the track in Salmo that included young Striders like Rossland’s Emma Kouprie, and Nelson’s Coda Punchard getting air time over the water hazard followed closely by Salmo rider Dallas Fair. Erie’s Sunny Kerr launches over a jump, while Nova Schiewe of Salmo (in grey) rolls out of the starting gate. About 60 of B.C.’s best riders vied for provincial points in Salmo before carrying on to Grand Forks for races Saturday night and Sunday.
